85'
OFF THE POST! What a chance for Aubameyang to wrap up the cup victory for Dortmund! The black and yellows have been forced into plenty of defending for the last 10 minutes but a long ball was played up to Aubameyang, he fought off his defender and fired a shot at goal, but his curling effort strikes the outside of the post! Agonisingly close! That is the third time Dortmund have hit the woodwork here tonight.
82'
Less than 10 minutes of normal time to be played here at the Olympiastadion, the score remains 2-1 in favour of Dortmund, but Frankfurt are trying their best to take this game to an extra 30 minutes. They have just lacked that vital spark in the final third.
80'
CHANCE! Frankfurt are throwing everything at Dortmund now. Meier meets a low square ball across the box on the edge of the area and it looks to troubling Burki, but it takes a deflection and goes out for a corner. Burki is fouled at the resulting set piece and Dortmund clear the danger and try to slow the game down.
79'

Third and final Dortmund substitution as the injured Marc Bartra heads off the pitch and he is replaced by Erik Durm.
75'
Stoppage in play here as Marc Bartra is down injured and it looks like the defender may have to come off.
74'
Frankfurt are certainly trying to give it a good go at the moment, rather than playing good passing football they are starting to fire shots at the Dortmund goal from all angles and distances. However, so far Burki is making comfortable saves.
73'

67'
Penalty goal scored by P. Aubameyang for Borussia Dortmund!
DORTMUND LEAD! Aubameyang converts the penalty kick! What a cool, calm and collected penalty it was as well. The striker waited until Hrádecky had started to move one way and Aubameyang just chipped the ball into the back of the net. Fantastic finish and one that has given Dortmund a 2-1 lead with less than half an hour left to play.
66'
L. Hrádecký gets yellow.
Lukáš Hrádecký is shown the yellow card for bringing Pulisic down in the area.

64'
OFF THE WOODWORK! Dortmund go incredibly close to taking the lead once again! Frankfurt are really having to defend with all their might now. It was another brilliant piece of skill by Dembele to beat two Frankfurt defenders, he then chips the ball over the top to Aubameyang at the far post, who tries a spectacular overhead kick! His shot is cleared off the line, but only just as it is sliced by Fabian onto the bar before bouncing clear. Huge chance for Dortmund, but their opponents will be breathing a sigh of relief.
63'
The two sides have met on four occasions in the DFB Cup. Eintracht won the first two ties (6-2 in 1968/69 and 3-1 in 1978/79) and the Black & Yellows emerged victorious in the last two (2-1 in 2007/08 and 1-0 in 2013/14). This game could go either way at the moment!
60'
Dortmund are playing a good high line at the back, which has caught the Frankfurt forwards out a few times over the last few minutes, the Dortmund defenders are pushing up high and fast, catching their opponents offside.
58'
Dortmund appear to have taken their foot off the throttle once again here as Frankfurt begin to work themselves into the game once again, enjoying a good spell of possession and we have already seen that they are more then capable of causing the Dortmund defence problems.
56'
T. Tawatha enters the game and replaces S. Medojević.
Frankfurt make their first substitution of the game not long after the half-time break. The man coming off is Slobodan Medojević who was making his return to the side after a long spell out injured, so understandably he is replaced by the fresh legs of Taleb Tawatha.
53'
Frankfurt are only the second finalists to have won three penalty shootouts en route to a final, they certainly had a tough ride to make the final today. Furthermore, penalty shootouts aside, before the final they had only scored five goals in this year’s competition.
51'
GREAT CHANCE! Shinji Kagawa does brilliantly to drift into the box undetected and then tries to beat the keeper from a tight angle, but shot come cross is blocked on the line by Abraham, before several players try to pounce on the ball, but it ends up being a Frankfurt goal-kick.
50'
This is a good start to the second half by Dortmund, they are dominating the opening stages just like they did in the first half! Much better than the end to the opening 45 minutes for the men in yellow.
48'
STAT: Marco Reus, Lukasz Piszczek, Marcel Schmelzer and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang are the only players apart from Manuel Neuer (2011-2014 for Schalke and Bayern) to reach a DFB Cup final four years in a row.
46'
G. Castro enters the game and replaces M. Schmelzer.
C. Pulišić enters the game and replaces M. Reus.
Dortmund make a double substitution at the break, the change sees Marco Reus come off and he is replaced by Christian Pulisic. Reus appeared to pick up an early mid-way through the first half.
The other Dortmund substitution sees Marcel Schmelzer come off and he is replaced by Gonzalo Castro. Drastic changes by Tuchel at the break, will they guide Dortmund to the trophy?
The second half is underway!
45'
That's the half-time whistle!
44'
Frankfurt will surely be the happier side heading into the half-time break, they done very well to recover from a shaky start and get back into the game. Along with creating more chances to take the lead here.
42'
Not long to go now until the half-time whistle, can either side grab a goal before the break which will surely give their side a huge advantage! The game is end-to-end at the moment.
39'
OFF THE POST! Haris Seferovic strikes the post for Frankfurt! What a chance that was for Frankfurt to take the lead! It was a great turn and then one-two with Rebic on the edge of the box to split open the Dortmund defence, the striker then tried to place his shot into the bottom left-hand corner, it had Burki beaten but strikes the post and bounces wide! Huge let off for Dortmund.
38'
M. Gaćinović gets yellow.
The first yellow card of the game is shown to Mijat Gaćinović for a late challenge on Aubayemang near the half-way line.
36'
Brief stoppage in play here as Frankfurt's Mijat Gacinovic and Dortmund's Matthias Ginter both go in for a 50-50 challenge and are both hurt in the process. Both look okay to continue but are receiving medical treatment, as is Marco Reus, which will be a mjaor worry for Dortmund supporters.
34'
Thomas Tuchel does not look a happy man on the sidelines at the moment, his side dominated the early stages of this game, creating a lot more opportunities but Frankfurt did well to get the score at just one-nil. Frankfurt have certainly recovered from their slow start.
32'
The Dortmund defence completely switched of their and have allowed Frankfurt a simple equalising goal to get back into the game. It was poor defending but credit to Rebic who took his opportunity well. It will be interesting to see how this game goes now!
29'
A. Rebić has scored a goal for Eintracht Frankfurt! Assist by M. Gaćinović.
There was a few appeals for offside by the Dortmund players as Mijat Gaćinović played the ball through the Dortmund defence and into the path of Rebic, who then put the ball past Burki. It looked like a tight call.
GOOOAAALLL! FRANKFURT LEVEL THE GAME! Ante Rebić has placed a perfect shot past Burki in the Dortmund goal and into the back of thet net, to make the score 1-1! Frankfurt had been coming back into the game and after a good spell of possession, they have their reward.
28'
Frankfurt are starting to come back into the game more and are causing some problems for Dortmund at the back. The men in yellow need to be alert here!
25'
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - with 39 goals this season, the top goalscorer in Bundesliga, has been quiet so far for Borussia Dortmund and drives a shot straight into a defender's knee and out for a corner, which comes to nothing.
23'
Dortmund have regathered their composure and once again they are the team in control of this game, with the likes of Marco Reus and Dembele looking to stretch this Frankfurt defence and create chances to double their lead here, which could be vital in clinching their first DFB-Pokal title in four years.
21'
One thing is for sure, the Frankfurt supporters certainly don't ithnk game is over, the atmosphere is electric here in Berlin! Frankfurt defied the odds by reaching this years final, many expected another Bayern success.
18'
This is much better from Frankfurt they are now starting to get a foothold in this game, not allowing Dortmund as much time to play their football. However, the underdogs are yet to create any goalscoring chances of their own.
15'
Dortmund have a corner, Dembele takes it - it goes all the way over to Marco Reus at the far post, whose volley is held by the goalkeeper. Frankfurt then counter but are denied by a last-ditch tackle. For the first time this game is end to end at the moment. That goal has really given Frankfurt a kick to step up their game.
13'
STAT: That was Dortmund's 250th goal under Thomas Tuchel. This is only his second season in charge, what an impressive feat! Surely more goals are set to come in this game, the way the game is going.
11'
Borussia Dortmund have only lost four of their last 33 matches in the DFB Cup. Three of those defeats came against Bayern Munich (2013 quarter-final and the 2014 and 2016 finals) and one was by Wolfsburg (2015 final).
8'
O. Dembélé has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by Ł. Piszczek.
GOOOAAALLL! DORTMUND LEAD! What a start to the DFB-Pokal for Dortmund! Dembele has given the men in yellow the perfect start to this game, after firing the ball into the back of the net from close range, it was a great touch to beat his marker, cut back inside and then fire his shot into the top right-hand corner.
It was a great pass into the path of Dembele by the skipper, Łukasz Piszczek, but the Dortmund playmaker did the rest brilliantly to give Dortmund a well deserved lead!

It's all Dortmund here at the moment, Frankfurt are really struggling to get out of their own half and ease the pressure on themselves, with this high tempo BVB start to the game.

Dortmund face a Frankfurt side who are into their first cup final in 11 years, a team who beat them when they met in the Bundesliga back in November.
BVB come to Berlin, having secured direct ticket into the Champions League, after a thrilling victory over Werder Bremen in the last Bundesliga game of the season. Frankfurt finished eleventh in the Bundesliga, but they have the chance to crown their season with an unexpected trophy. Niko Kovac’s squad collected only two victories in the last ten matches, not great form to head into a an end of season cup final.
