All Bayern as Milan are happy to sit back and let them have it, but the Germans can't create anything meaningful as full time draws ever closer.
90'
There will be five minutes of added time as Mauri fires a long-distance shot well above Fruchtl's crossbar.
89'
Bayern are still driving forward, looking for what will only be a consolation, but Milan's defence has been superb and are good value for a clean sheet.
85'
H. Çalhanoğlu has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by G. Gómez.
Gustavo Gomez is credited with the assist for Calhanoglu.
GOOAALLL! CALHANOGLU! He picks up the ball on the left edge of the box, before ghosting inside and firing low into the bottom corner for 4-0! Bayern defenders stood off him and he responded with an accurate finish past Fruchtl.
82'
Lewandowski lines up a free kick from 30 yards or so, but he's unable to keep it down and it sails harmlessly over. Not his best day, truth be told.

Big brother on for little brother as Antonio Donnarumma comes on for Gianluigi.
79'

Gabriel Paletta comes on for Musacchio.
77'
H. Çalhanoğlu gets yellow.
Calhanoglu is booked for a poor tackle on Lewandowski.
Just hit it, man! Muller is one-on-one with Donnarumma but doesn't seem to want to shoot, eventually trying to pass it to a teammate but Milan easily clear.
73'
TOLISSO! How has he missed that?! Lewandowski gets the ball on the edge of the box and opts to feed Tolisso to the right of him, who can only fire his shot into the side-netting from eight yards out! Should be 3-1.
Minute
Description
71'
Coman wins a free kick on the left wing and James swings it in, but again it's dealt with by Milan. Renato Sanches puts it back into the box, but it's overhit and comes to nothing.
69'
Entering the last 20 minutes as Niang cuts inside from the left and tries to curl a shot into the far corner, but he hits it straight at Fruchtl.
67'
Rafinha gets yellow.
Rafinha is shown the yellow card after a heavy tackle on Musacchio.
65'
Triple sub there for Milan as they look to give everyone in their squad a run-out.
64'

Borini, who has played well today, goes off for Hakan Calhanoglu.
63'
L. Bonucci enters the game and replaces C. Zapata.
L. Antonelli enters the game and replaces R. Rodríguez.
Leonardo Bonucci, who reportedly cost €42 million, comes on to make his Milan debut for Zapata.
Rodriguez, who provided the assist for Cutrone's first goal, goes off for Luca Antonelli.
60'
Signs of intent from Bayern as Alaba leads an attack, but Zapata is there to cut it out. Bayern getting closer to scoring but still struggling to create any golden chances.
57'
Good save by Donnarumma! First real save by the Milan goalkeeper, who beats away Muller's rasping drive from 25 yards. Comfortable height but still needed saving.
55'
Milan break forward and Borini feeds Andre Silva into the box, but his first-time shot is miscued and it drifts harmlessly wide of Fruchtl's post. Good sign of intent by both Silva and Milan.
53'
Coman drives at Conti down the left and fires in a low cross, which is dealt with well by Donnarumma. The resulting corner comes to nothing, though.
50'
First chance for Bayern as Lewandowski clumsily navigates his way through a couple of defenders, but his last touch is heavy and Donnarumma smothers the ball.

Montolivo's game is over as he makes way for Lucas Biglia.
Milan get us underway and they will be hoping for a similar 45 minutes.
45' +1
Three minutes of injury time here.
45'
Milan must have put together five or six passes in the space of just a few seconds as Bayern looked completely bamboozled, and before they knew which way was up, the ball was in the net for 3-0 Milan!
43'
P. Cutrone has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by G. Bonaventura.
Bonaventura's cross from the left provided the perfect assist for Cutrone's second.
GOOALLL! CUTRONE AGAIN! That was the definition of counter-attack! The sweeping move started by Niang on halfway, and the ball was eventually fed down the left to Bonaventura, whose perfect cross was easily slotted home by Cutrone. Easy peasy.
42'
Franck Ribery stop that right now. Milan simply can't deal with the Bayern winger's tricky feet, and his cross is inches away from Lewandowski. Unbelievable skill from the Frenchman.
39'
Bayern win a free kick on the edge of the box after stringing a few passes together. Lewandowski to take...
Close! The actual free kick didn't clear the wall but it broke back out to the Poland striker, who hit a standing volley inches wide of the post. Donnarumma looked worried for a second there!
36'
Milan clear an Alaba free kick and can break, but Coman brings down Bonaventura to stop the attack. Looked accidental, but it's a free kick all the same.
34'
Bayern have a couple of half-chances after Muller and Lewandowski find themselves in space, but they can't get a shot away as Milan hold firm. Still 2-0 to the Italians.
32'
Milan's pressing is still doing its job as Bayern find themselves increasingly under pressure at the back, forcing Hummels to hammer it out for a throw-in instead of finding a pass.
30'
M. Friedl enters the game and replaces Juan Bernat.
Bernat has picked up a knock and Ancelotti refuses to take any chances, opting to take off the Spain international for Marco Friedl.
25'
P. Cutrone has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by R. Rodríguez.
Ricardo Rodriguez swung in the free kick from the left-hand side to provide the assist for Cutrone.
GOAALL! CUTRONE! Bayern's defence are a shambles as they try a high line from a Milan free kick, and Rodriguez's perfect free kick is headed home into the far corner by Cutrone in acres of space! Terrific finish from the young man.
23'
Milan are well-supported here now, thanks to the club's new Chinese owners, and AC are certainly giving their new fans something to shout about. Deserved leaders after a quarter of the game.
20'
Good save by Fruchtl! Niang pulls the ball across the box as Bayern continue to look out of sorts without the ball, and Hummels gets a toe in but it would have crept into the goal if not for the reflexes of Fruchtl.
18'
Bayern try to hit back quickly but Milan are more than equal to their attacking efforts, and Munich soon find themselves passing it around in defence again.
14'
F. Kessié has scored a goal for AC Milan!
GOOAALLL! FRANCK KESSIE! Textbook one-two between Rodriguez and Niang, with the former crossing it into the corridor of uncertainty, and although Bayern scramble it clear, Kessie is there to fire home from 12 yards out! 1-0 to the Italians!
12'
Patient build-up play from Bayern as they move the ball around, but Milan don't seem too bothered as they wait for a chance to get it back. Which they do, eventually, as Ribery's pass find its way through to Donnarumma.
8'
Terrific feet from Ribery to beat two men and sweep it out wide to Coman on the opposite wing, and his cross causes all kinds of confusion in the Milan defence but they clear it out for a corner. Lewandowski meets the set piece but he can only head wide.
7'
Kessie beats Alaba to a high ball and skips into the box, but his touch is heavy and Fruchtl is quickly on it to dive at his feet.
4'
High-intensity start as neither side wants the other to settle. Certainly doesn't feel like a friendly match so far!
1'
Bayern and Thomas Muller get us underway here.
Shaky start for Bayern after good pressing by Milan, with Alaba unable to bring Fruchtl's wayward pass under control and concedes an early corner. It comes to nothing, though.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of Bayern Munich v AC Milan in the International Champions Cup.
Both sides are looking to bounce back from losses in their respective first games of this pre-season tournament; Bayern lost on penalties to Arsenal after a 1-1 draw in normal time, whilst Milan were handed a 3-1 defeat by Borussia Dortmund.
Bayern Munich XI: Christian Fruchtl; Rafinha, Juan Bernat, Mats Hummels, David Alaba; Corentin Tolisso, Kingsley Coman, Javi Martínez; Thomas Muller, Franck Ribery, Robert Lewandowski.
AC Milan XI: Gianluigi Donnarumma; Ignazio Abate, Ricardo Rodriguez, Cristian Zapata, Riccardo Montolivo; Franck Kessie, Mateo Musacchio, Giacomo Bonaventura, Patrick Cutrone; M'Baye Niang, Fabio Borini.
About 15 minutes to go until kick-off now, and it's a pretty packed stadium in Shenzen, China, for this match between two heavyweights of world football. Both teams are well-supported, too.
STAT: These two sides have met 10 times in competitive football, but not since 2007 when Milan won 2-0 in the Champions League. Overall, Milan have won six of the 10 matches, with Bayern winning just one and the other matches ending in a draw.
Pre-match high-fives between the players instead of the usual handshakes. Something that definitely needs to be implemented into all football.
Milan contently pass the ball around as they wait for the half-time whistle, which eventually comes with the score at 3-0 Milan. Hands up who saw this one coming!
Milan are excellent value for their lead, and although Bayern have had chances, Donnarumma has had very little to do.
The teams are making their way back out, as we wait for the inevitable barrage of substitutions to be confirmed.
Well, well, well. This is not the Bayern we know, and, to be honest, it's not the Milan we know. The Germans' shaky defence was capitalised upon by Milan, who took the lead through Kessie before 19-year-old Cutrone's double made it 3-0. What a half for him and for the Italians.
And there is the full-time whistle! Milan have beaten Bayern 4-0 here in Shenzen, China, and are full deserving of the win.
It may only be a friendly, but that won't stop Milan being happy about the result. Franck Kessie opened the scoring inside the first 15 minutes, before youngster Patrick Cutrone added a brace before half-time and Hakan Calhanoglu rounded out the scoring with five minutes left.
Bayern have a lot to work on following this result, but you can guarantee they'll be favourites for almost every trophy in the upcoming season. Thank you for joining us for our live coverage, and we'll see you next time!
