The visitors get a final chance as Thuram is played the ball into centre-field - and the striker's effort from 30 yards out sails over the crossbar as the referee blows for full-time! PSG progress to the next round of the Coupe de France!
90'
Two added minutes of injury time incoming, as Guingamp get a corner and try to find another late goal to keep a miracle alive.
89'
Marquinhos has scored a goal for PSG!
That's the game! PSG get a fourth goal, and will surely progress to the round of sixteen now. It's the captain Marquinhos who steers another header in for the hosts, this time misread by Johnsson who stumbled back into his own goal expecting the looping trajectory to take it over the crossbar. 4-2 the score at the Parc de Princes.
88'
What a shot from Di Maria! He curls it beautifully from the right, looking for the bottom-left corner, and Johnsson does just enough to tip it away for a corner.
85'
Guingamp embark on a rare counter-attack that comes to nothing in the end as Salibur's shot, tucked between two defenders, is too soft to concern Trapp at the back.
83'
Corner to PSG now as Sorbon pushes Pastore's latest effort out with a thigh block on the left-hand inside edge of the penalty area.
81'
PSG can't make the free-kick stick, but they do regather out wide on the left moments later and Di Maria has a golden oppertunity when Pastore flicks a flat pass across the face of the Guingamp goal, only for the forward to be out of position and unable to get there in time.
80'
Y. Salibur enters the game and replaces L. Blas.
The final change for Guingamp; Blas is off and Yannis Salibur is on.
78'
C. Nkunku enters the game and replaces J. Draxler.
This time, it's Di Maria with the chance, and the PSG man bundles it out with a poor finish under pressure.
Free-kick to PSG for a foul some 30 yards out on the right on Draxler, who looks to have played his part as his number comes up on the touchline. Nkunku is his replacement for the hosts.
77'
Cavani sees his header tipped wide of the post by a flailing leg off Sorbon and PSG get another corner.
Minute
Description
76'
Brave work from Johnsson, who slides under Cavani to punt the ball away as PSG come out of the blocks once more. Moments later, the striker tries to connect with a cross from Draxler - but a wayward leg from Eboa Eboa tips it out of reach and the hosts have a corner.
75'
Penalty goal scored by Y. N'Gbakoto for Guingamp!
Penalty Goal Yeni Atito N'Gbakoto
Another goal for the visitors! It's N'Gbakoto who scores this time, planting it softly to the right and sending Trapp the wrong way once more. Just the single-score gap again, with 15 minutes left on the clock.
74'
J. Briand enters the game and replaces M. Coco.
Another penalty for Guingamp! This time, it's Coco who is brought down in the box, trying to cut in on the left before being forced to ground by Meunier.
Coco is now off for the visitors and Jimmy Briand is on in his place as we await the spot-kick.
72'
A free-kick now to PSG as Marquinhos tries to cut through the defence some 30 yards out on the left. Di Maria turns it short instead of going for goal and Guingamp are able to scramble it away.
70'
Twenty minutes plus injury time remain at the Parc de Princes and with a two-goal lead, this game is PSG's to lose. The hosts are looking imperious right now, snuffling out most attempted counter-attacks with practiced ease.
68'
Johnsson almost deflects a Pastore shot from twenty yards out on the left into the path of Cavani but the keeper manages to reclaim before Ligue 1's top goalscorer can net his first for the night.
66'
A wayward foot from Eboa Eboa is all that stops PSG from getting a fourth now from the restart, as an attempted one-two between Di Maria and Cavani is foiled heading into the box by the Guingamp defender.
64'
J. Pastore has scored a goal for PSG!
PSG widen the gulf! It's another header, this time for Pastore, as the forward connects with a cross served back in by Di Maria to tuck it behind Johnsson for a third goal for the hosts. Is that it for Guingamp?
63'
J. Sorbon enters the game and replaces C. Kerbrat.
Indeed, it is Kerbrat who makes way with Jeremy Sorbon taking his place.
62'
Corner to the visitors now as Yuri executes a sleek sliding tackle to clear the ball away. Guingamp will make a change too, it seems...
60'
Now Guingamp bring an attack through midfield, before pushing it out right for Coco. His effort takes a deflection - and PSG counter immediately, streaking down the other end, before Draxler's last touch taps it cheaply into the arms of Johnsson.
58'
Johnsson picks out the corner perfectly with a leap and the visitors have a moment to breathe.
57'
It's another golden chance for Cavani, fed a lovely ball by Lo Ceslo into the box - and it's another outrageous save by Johnsson, who manages to hook a finger-tip around the ball to flick it out for a corner. PSG are cranking up the heat on Guingamp, and cranking it high.
54'
What a sensational save from Johnsson! He somehow manages to smother an excellent Cavani header at close range near the right post, and then reclaim the ball as the striker tries a second time on the way down. That could have been the play to keep Guingamp in the game, right there.
53'
Corner to PSG now as Ikoko does enough to beat Cavani to a long ball delivered by Rabiot, putting it out of danger.
51'
Guingamp get a free-kick out wide left on halfway now after Deaux is fouled, but in playing it deep down the flank, Phiri is then caught in the offside trap.
49'
Pastore! So close for the PSG man, who puts a beautiful header to a Draxler cross ten yards out in front of goal - and alas, straight in front of Johnsson too who collects with little problem.
47'
It's Draxler with the first chance since the break, as he cuts down the right wing and back into the box. Rebocho does enough to pressure him wide though and the ball goes out for a goal-kick,
46'
We're back underway at the Parc de Princes. Have PSG got this one all sewn up with a one-goal lead? Or can Guingamp complete a comeback?
45'
The hosts curl it in and Trapp punches it away to Ikoko out wide on the wing - and the referee blows for half-time!
44'
A late corner for PSG now, on their right after Di Maria sees a cross into the box pushed out by Eboa Eboa...
42'
Blas curls it between the wall, looking for a tap-in run-through by Thuram - but the angle of the ball is too steep for the striker to reach and it bobbles out wide on the left for a goal-kick.
41'
G. Lo Celso gets yellow.
And now Lo Ceslo gets a booking too, for a nasty slide tackle on Blas. It gives Guingamp the free-kick on the right, 25 yards away from goal too...
40'
Lo Ceslo tries his luck with a deflection 20 yards out in centre-field - and puts it high into the stand behind the Guingamp goal. Wasteful from the midfielder.
38'
Close for PSG off another free-kick now, which Di Maria turns in from the left some 20 yards out. It dips into the box, only for no player to get a clean touch and it skips out on the right for a goal kick to Johnsson.
36'
Yuri gets yellow.
It's an inventive effort from Guingamp, looped to the right of the PSG wall for Deaux to pick out - but the linesman catches him offside and the hosts get the free-kick now themselves.
35'
A speedy attack from the restart by PSG shows forces Guingamp to clear Cavani's run with a long ball - and then Coco earns a free-kick some 40 yards out on the right for a foul by Yuri.
33'
Penalty goal scored by M. Thuram for Guingamp!
Guingamp pull one back! Thuram strikes it well into the bottom-left corner as Trapp goes the other way and the visitors have something to cheer about as they cut the gap.
32'
Penalty to Guingamp! Thuram goes down - perhaps softly - chasing a long ball from N'Gbakoto into the box when Trapp slips under him. The referee points to the spot and the home fans are not happy.
31'
Side netting is the result with PSG's first effort from the right, but they get another seconds later on the left after Deaux misfields a back-pass. This time Cavani goes close - but again, he heads the ball wide.
30'
Straight down the other end of the field, it's a golden chance for Pastore, who half-volleys a pass from Di Maria on the left of the box over the defence, with Johnsson just doing enough with his leap to tip it out for a corner.
29'
Thuram from distance! The Guingamp striker tries his luck through a crowded box from 25 yards out and Trapp bobbles the shot before securing at the second attempt.
27'
The home crowd are in loud voice after that mishap for the visitors and Guingamp try to limit the damage with a swift attack of their own through Coco and Blas. It peters out into nothing in the end but the spark is still there.
25'
L. Deaux is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
Well, that was unfortunate. PSG get a second, but not from one of their own men; Lucas Deaux sticks out a foot to deflect Di Maria's free-kick away on the lip of the six-yard box and instead turns it into his own net. Two goals in four minutes for the hosts; it's a long way back for Guingamp now.
24'
Free-kick to PSG now after a foul on Pastore, on the left of the eighteen yard box. Dangerous territory for Guingamp here...
22'
Guingamp switched off at the back there for a moment and paid the price dearly in this cup tie. The visitors have been just as good as their hosts so far - can they claw themselves back to level pegging?
21'
A. Rabiot has scored a goal for PSG!
PSG hit the front! It's Rabiot with the header, as both Di Maria and Kerbrat fail to get high enough to meet the ball - and the midfielder pushes it behind Johnsson as it dips down from the corner to meet him.
20'
Off the post from Di Maria! The PSG man cuts into the box from the right and puts a short shot on, trying to cut under the keeper; instead, he heads the woodwork, which then deflects out for a corner off Eboa Eboa.
19'
Ikoko puts a late cross in for Thuram, from the right touchline; Trapp leaps in front of the striker and picks the ball out perfectly.
17'
An exchange of fouls in midfield sees the visitors pushed back towards their own penalty area, though in the end, Rebocho is able to slip it downfield and away from danger.
15'
End-to-end stuff as PSG attack again themselves, with Draxler performing a wonderful dribble to cut through the Guingamp defence. He cuts the ball back in the box so Cavani can attempt to convert with a better angle; instead, the striker fluffs it under pressure from Eboa Eboa and he puts it wide for a goal kick.
13'
It's N'Gbakoto who breaks again for the visitors and he puts a square pass across the face of goal for Coco to try his luck with; the attacking midfielder ends up pushing it out way over the crossbar under pressure from Trapp.
12'
PSG get a free-kick some 35 yards out in the middle for a foul by Deux; Guingamp defuse any potential attack though and turn it into a counter-move.
10'
Di Maria lets fly with another effort, this time from 20 yards out in the centre-right area of the field - and it skies some ten feet over the crossbar, for a poor finish.
8'
An absolute sitter down the other end now for Cavani - and similar to his first attempt, the flat cross header spills wide, albeit this time from closer range.
6'
Shot from N'Gabkoto! The Guingamp man lifts a shot from the left edge of the box over the defence and Trapp has to tip it away to prevent it from dipping under the crossbar.
5'
Di Maria pops off a shot from some 20 yards out on the right, low and curled for the near bottom corner. Johnsson gets to it with little trouble and secures possession easily enough.
3'
Their loss to Lyon last time out, PSG have not dropped points in all competitions since defeat to Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League group stage back at the beginning of December. Guingamp will have their work cut out in trying to find a winner.
1'
We're underway in Paris! PSG blast straight out of the gates, with Draxler scyhting down the right flank before launching a flat cross into the box for Cavani. The striker can't get the connection he wants and the ball spills wide for a goal kick.
Good evening and welcome to live coverage of the Coupe de France, as holders Paris Saint-Germain host fellow Ligue 1 rivals Guingamp at the Parc de Princes. The Red and Blues triumphed over their opponents 3-0 in the league back in August, at the dawn of the season – will they repeat the feat to secure successful passage to the round of 16? Kick-off is on the way.
Goals for Cavani and Neymar, along with an own-goal for Ikoko, secured the points last time out for PSG but in their last four encounters, it has been a scoreless affair at half-time. Tonight’s hosts have prevailed on three of those occasions; the other was a 2-1 win for Guingamp in the run up to Christmas 2016, thanks to Yannis Salibur and Nill De Pauw finding the net.
PSG arrive on the back of their first loss in nine, having fallen 2-1 to Lyon at the weekend. Guingamp meanwhile have a 50/50 record since the new year, mustering wins against Niort and Strasbourg – but going down to Lyon too, as well as Amiens SC.
With twenty goals so far this season in Ligue 1, Edison Cavani is head and shoulders above the rest of the field. PSG have two more players in the top ten, Neymar(15) and Mbappe (9), whilst both PSG and Guingamp are in the top five for clean sheets kept, with nine and eight respectively.
The teams are out at the Parc de Princes and we're moments away from kick-off...
It's been an evenly matched contest in the French capital between these two, with PSG having the overall edge thanks to a Lucas Deaux own-goal four minutes after Adrien Rabiot headed home. A - perhaps harsh - penalty call for the visitors allowed Guingamp to pull one back - but they still have a lot of work to do if they are to progress against the holders and leaders. Half-time in Paris, it's PSG 2-1 Guingamp.
The scoreline may have hung in the balance at points in the second half, but PSG never gave up their lead - and never gave up their grasp on the game either. Goals for Pastore and Marquinhos - the two rich pickings of a consistent attack on the opposition backline - see them through as they continue their defence of the Coupe de France. Full-time in Paris, it finishes PSG 4-2 Guingamp.
PSG are back in action at the weekend as they look to keep up their lead at the top of Ligue 1 against Montpellier whilst Guingamp host Nantes, only five points and four places above them. Until then however, thank you for joining us - and have a good week!
