Tottenham have managed the game very well since going ahead, they look on course to pick up their first victory at Stamford Bridge since 1990. Chelsea have freshened things up on the wings now, can they make the difference? Giroud will certainly add to the Chelsea aerial strength if they can get crosses into the penalty area.
83'
Emerson enters the game and replaces Marcos Alonso.
Chelsea substitution as Marcos Alonso heads off the pitch and he is replaced by Emerson Palmieri.
81'
V. Wanyama enters the game and replaces E. Dier.

Chelsea are dominating possession now, but they are struggling to get into the final third and carve out any chances to pull a goal back here. There isn't much time left on the clock here and Spurs so far seem to be seeing the game out pretty comfortably.
75'
Still no Chelsea changes here, despite the scoreline with 15 minutes or so left to play. They have been second best in this half after a strong opening performance, but Hazard continues to look lively and he will surely be key to any comeback that the Blues can mount.

Kane is back! Tottenham make their first substitution of the game and it is Heung-Min Son who is making way for Harry Kane.
70'
B. Davies gets yellow.
The first yellow card of the game is shown to Ben Davies.
68'
Tottenham are in complete control of the game now, can they see it out and secure a vital victory here at the Bridge? Chelsea look short of ideas at the moment and it is all pretty comfortable for the visitors at the back.
66'
D. Alli has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur!
ANOTHER TOTTENHAM GOAL! Alli with the goal to make it 3-1 to Tottenham at Stamford Bridge. It's a scrappy one, but Spurs won't mind one bit! Son broke forward down the right, his shot it saved by Caballero, the rebound falls to Son who should square the ball but he shots again, it's blocked, a goalmouth scramble ensues. Finally, the ball falls to Alli who places it into the back of the net. The Spurs fans are wild with joy behind the goal!
64'
Tottenham are looking so strong at the moment, Chelsea are struggling to get anywhere near them and if Spurs can keep this up, they could go on and score more goals.
62'
D. Alli has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by E. Dier.
Dier cuts open the Chelsea defence with a wonderful ball from just inside his onw half, Alli latched onto it and produced a fine finish to hand Tottenham the lead.
GOOOAAAALLL! TOTTENHAM LEAD! Alli gets in-behind the Chelsea defence after a long ball over the top by Dier, he gets away from Azpilicueta and Christensen, and he just has Caballero to beat, finishing superbly. It was poor defending by Chelsea, but great movement by Alli to see the gap and take advantage.
60'
GREAT SAVE! Caballero with a superb stop to deny Son! Tottenham are piling on the pressure now and Son goes very close to putting them in front with that effort, he cut inside from the wing and tried to curl the ball into the top left-hand corner of the net. However, Caballero read it well and make a fantastic diving stop. The resulting corner comes to nothing.
59'
Chelsea have their first corner of the game, it is taken short to Fabregas who whips a good ball into the box, which is met by Christensen but his glancing header goes just wide of the Spurs goal.
57'
The game is starting to open up more, with Tottenham showing more urgency and intent going forward then they did in the first half. They are dominating possession, forcing Chelsea to get players behind the ball and defend, much better from the visitors.
53'
PENALTY SHOUT! Tottenham are appealing for a penalty as the ball appears to strike the arm of Moses after Trippier's ball into the area which is just out of reach of Lamela. The right wing-back falls and it looks as though the ball strikes his arm on the floor. Nothing given by the referee.
51'
A big question for Tottenham supporters is how long Harry Kane is fit enough to play, if he has half an hour in the tank, he will surely make an appearance this afternoon.
49'
It looks like Tottenham have made a slight change for this second half, with Son and Lamela switching positions, so Lamela is now leading the line up top for Spurs, with Son moving out to the wing.
47'
Quick start to the second half by Chelsea, they immediately go on the attack. Moses has a low effort blocked, before Azpilicueta charges into the box after beating Alli to the ball, however he can't pick out a Chelsea player and Dembele comes away with it, before drawing a foul by Fabregas.
46'
The second half is underway!
45' +2
That's the half-time whistle!
Christian Eriksen has scored 16 goals from outside the box since his Premier League debut in September 2013; the most of any current player in the competition.
45' +1
C. Eriksen has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by B. Davies.
Davies picks out Eriksen deep inside the Chelsea half, who was given far too much time to fire a shot at goal and what a strike it was! An unbelievable finish by the Danish international who has got his side back into the game, just before the break.
GOOOAAAALLL! WHAT A STRIKE! Tottenham equalise just moments before the half-time whistle! Eriksen is given so much time and space to pick his spot from 25 yards out and the Dane fires an unstoppable strike at goal. It moves and dips in the air making it difficult for Caballero to attempt to save his effort. Spurs are back in the game!
45'
There will be a minimum of two minutes added time played.
43'
Chelsea look comfortable as we head into the final few minutes of the first half. Alonso has a low effort well saved by Lloris after Spurs are opened up down the wing once again. Tottenham need to make sure they go into the break at least just one goal down.
41'
SAVE! Eriksen turns Fabregas far too easily on the edge of the area, he fires a shot at goal but it is straight at Caballero, who gathers the ball on the second attempt, with no Spurs players anticipating the rebound.
38'
Chelsea are looking strong and compact now, with Tottenham continuing to try and play the ball through the middle of the pitch. Without Harry Kane on the pitch they don't have a strong aerial presence in the box in order to whip crosses into the penalty area, making it easy for Chelsea to defend.
33'
Despite their positive start to the game, Tottenham never truly looked in control of the game and they have been caught out at the back, after a poor mistake by Lloris. Can they get back into the game before the break?
32'
CLOSE! Alli dinks a lovely ball over the top of the Chelsea defence for the sprinting Eriksen, it drops in the box but he is beaten to the ball by Caballero and the danger is cleared.
30'
Álvaro Morata has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by V. Moses.
GOOOOAAALLL! CHELSEA TAKE THE LEAD! Morata with a superb header to hand Chelsea the advantage here. It was poor goalkeeping by Lloris, he came off his line and tried to punch the cross from Moses clear. However, he misses the ball completely and Morata gets above Sanchez to head the ball into the net.
Moses does well down the right to take advantage of space opening up on the wing, after Davies is caught out of position. The Chelsea man spots Morata in the box and whips a perfect ball straight onto the head of his teammate.
28'
Good save! Lloris is forced into action after a good move by Chelsea, Moses picks it up on the edge of the penalty area, he fires a low shot at goal which picks up a deflection, forcing Lloris into making the stop.
25'
Decent effort! A Tottenham corner well defended, but the clearance falls straight to Trippier around 30 yards out from goal, he takes a touch and then fires a powerful effort at goal. However, he gets too much on it and it flies high over the Chelsea crossbar.
21'
Tottenham are continuing to dominate possession here, but they are struggling to convert this into attacking chances and they need to be careful of a quick Chelsea counter-attack, which could be lethal.
19'
GOAL RULED OUT! An excellent period of play for Chelsea, their best moments of the game. It all came from a counter-attack, with Hazard feeding Willian in the box who has his effort saved by Lloris. The ball is then worked well on the edge of the area by the Blues, a cross comes in from the right by Kante, straight to Alonso who slots the ball into the back of the net. However, the linesman has his flag up straight away for offside.
17'
Most of Tottenham's play is coming through the middle of the pitch, with Eriksen constantly cutting inside and getting on the ball, as is Lamela and Son is dropping deep. Chelsea are getting plenty of bodies in front of them though, which is making it difficult for Spurs to pick a precise ball forward.
14'
No real goalscoring chances so far here, both teams are defending well and are planning their attacking moves with precision. Tottenham have enjoyed the better start, however Chelsea have a great record in this fixture and they will surely come to life as the game progresses.
11'
There isn't much space for the attackers to operate in at the moment, both defences are doing a good job of putting plenty of pressure on their opponents, making sure they can't carve out any goalscoring chances. Much of the play is in the middle of the pitch and in Tottenham's control, but they are getting closer to the Chelsea final third.
Decent chance! Eriksen whips an excellent ball into the box, despite having a couple of Chelsea players around him. The ball is met by Alli, however he heads it well wide under heavy pressure from Moses. Alli should've done better there, at least testing Caballero.
7'
Tottenham have settled well into the game now, they are enjoying the majority of possession, with Dembele and Dier trying to pull the strings deep in midfield. Eriksen is another Spurs player who is looking very lively today, always on the move and drifting into good positions between the Chelsea players.
5'
We have an early stoppage in play as Victor Moses is down injured, deep inside the Chelsea half. The right wing-back was involved in a collision with Mousa Dembele as he cleared the ball up the pitch. However, after medical treatment from the Chelsea physios, he looks fine to continue.
3'
It's a packed Stamford Bridge here today and the atmosphere is electric in these opening few minutes of the game. Good pressure from both teams so far, not allowing their opponents time or space on the ball in order to string a few passes together and create an early chance at goal.
